When you Make commitment to change You need to keep up the momentum,when you keep this momentum going that is when the results happen. If you keep a positive flow of change then you will see the success of the change of unfortunately most people stop before the positive part of the Change Comes into effect. If you keep very simple principles going, what you will see is a positive change so Keep at it.
